Stone and Pipe Leaching Field

Years ago all leaching fields were constructed with stone and pipe in one configuration or another. Today we install stoneless systems 90% of the time.  Above is an example of a classic stone and pipe leaching field. As you can see, my brother is making sure the distribution box is level to ensure equal distribution to all outlet pipes.
